Mango milk cake - No bake No oven

Ingredients:
Skimmed milk 400ml
Evaporated milk or thick milk 400ml
Condensed milk according to sweet buds
2 Mango puree
Rusk/Toast or Vanilla/Plain cake slices
Whipping cream 300ml
Elaichi powder half teaspoon
Grated dark chocolate (Optional)

Step 1:
In thick heavy bottom pan add milk and boil on medium flame. Stir very often in order to reduce it.
Step 2:
Soak mangoes for 30 mins in water.
Step 3:
Add evaporated milk and continue to stir in between. After sometime the milk will to become thick.
Step 4:
Turn the flame off and add elaichi podwer.
Step 5:
In a big bowl add whipping cream and with help of a blender whip the cream till it is stiff or till peak formation. Icicng is ready without sugar.
Step 6:
After the milk has completed cool down add mango puree. Mix well and taste it. Use condensed milk according to your taste.
Step 7:
In a flat bowl layer the rusk and add the above mango milk and continue to form another 2 layers in the same form. In the end the rusk should be completely soaked. Add the icing and garnish with mango pieces. Refrigerated for 2-3 hours. Serve chilled.
