Healthy chia seeds raita

​Yogurt 1 cup
Chia seeds 2 tablespoon
Half cup each chopped
Beetroot boiled
Tomato
Cucumber
Onion (optional)
Salt
Jeera powder

Soak the Chia Seeds:

In a small bowl, soak the chia seeds in ½ cup of water for at least 3 hours. Stir occasionally to prevent clumping.

Prepare the Yogurt Base:

In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add salt, cumin powder, or any preferred spices to taste.

Mix the soaked chia seeds into the yogurt along with the vegetables for added texture and flavour.
