Easy mango cake with fresh cream
Learn how to make a Mango Fresh Cream Cake with this easy recipe. Perfect for parties, festivals, or anytime you crave a tropical treat!
Ingredients:
Butter 115g at room temperature
Unrefined sugar 300g
Eggs 3
Oil 120 ml
Skimmed milk 240ml
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Plain flour 300g
BAling powder 2 teaspoon
Bicarbonate soda 1 teaspoon
Colourful sprinkles 1 small cup
Mango cream:
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Cornflour 4 tablespoon
Semi skimmed milk 1 cup
Mango puree 1 cup
Butter 200g
Vanilla essence 2 teaspoon
Chocolate chips or curls
Sprinkles
Step 1:
In a big mixing bowl whip the butter till nice and fluffy.
Step 2:
Add sugar and whip again till creamy texture.
Step 3:
Add eggs and mix well.
Step 4:
Add oil and mix well.
Step 5:
Add milk and mix.
Step 6:
Add vanilla essence. Mix till nice and creamy texture.
Step 7:
Sieve all the dry ingredients into the creamy mix. Give a good light hand mix. Ad colourful sprinkles.
Step 8:
Grease the baking tray and use baking paper at bottom. Pour the mix. Pre-heat oven at 160C. Bake for 45mins. In between have a check point by inserting a knife and bake till the knife comes out clean.
Step 9:
Cool down the cake on a cooling rack.
Boil milk in pan on medium flame. Add sugar and cornflour and lower the flame. Mix well. Add mango pure by stirring it continuously till it thickens. Turn the flame and cool it completely. Refridgerate for 2-3 hours.
Butter at room teamprature. Whisk till nice and creamy. Add vanilla essence 1 teaspoon. Add little mango mix prepared earlier. Give a good light handed mix. Add mango puree till the mix is nice and creamy.
Cake and icicing is ready to be layered. or just icicng on top. Garnish with more sprinkles and chocoalate curls..
